SMS Terms & Conditions

Candidates who voluntarily opt in may receive recurring text messages from MyNORA. Messages may include screening questions, application updates, interview scheduling and reminders, requests for information, recruiter follow-up, and offer, onboarding, orientation, or pre-employment coordination.

Candidates provide consent through a separate SMS consent checkbox on the MyNORA career website. The checkbox is optional and is not selected by default.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting an application, being considered for employment, purchasing any service, or obtaining employment.

Message frequency varies based on the candidate’s activity and stage in the recruiting process.

Message and data rates may apply according to the candidate’s wireless plan.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. MyNORA may send one final text confirming the opt-out request. After opting out, no additional messages will be sent unless the candidate provides new consent or replies START to opt in again.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. MyNORA may provide information to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by the candidate’s device, wireless service, network availability, or other factors outside MyNORA’s control.

MyNORA may modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
